.Needed questions answered about family issues, happy with results but office isn't too fancy. Its a little bit of a turn off on how the office looks.

I went to Dr. Severa a number of times over a year or so. It is difficult to comment on his actual skill because there are so many other negative factors when it comes to appointments. The staff is not very friendly and appointments must be made many weeks in advance. The office is dated, dirty and uncomfortable. I showed up for my first appointment a few minutes early. The appointment time came and went. Then another hour... and another... and another. FOUR hours later, I got to see the doctor. His office is equally messy and uncomfortable. His demeanor is stressful as well. For some ridiculous reason I attempted to see him a few more times. Each time the appointment was 2-4 hours later than scheduled. Even when I scheduled the very first appointment of the day, he managed to show up an hour and a half late. I don't go to Dr. Severa anymore and I don't recommend that anyone would put themselves through the stress.
