Provided on-the-spot evaluation and made recommendation on how best to 'tune-up' this antique machine. Service was prompt and completed ahead of date promised. Staff was very customer friendly and forthcoming with answers to all of my questions/concerns. BOTTOM LINE: Very professional, prices are more than fair and service was excellent.

My husband dropped it off for me about 10 days prior to the completion date, and Don called me 2 days later to let me know about how long it would take, and about how much it would cost. He called me a few days later to give me an update on how it was going, and that it would take a few days longer than he thought. I told him that was fine. I really appreciated him keeping me informed so I wasn't left wondering when it would be done. When he called to tell me it was done, it was pretty much the date he had given me. I went to pick it up the following Saturday, and it was about $5 less than what he had thought it would be. I was very pleased with everything through the whole process!!

I needed a belt replaced as well as a good check out. They did a pretty good job.

The serger sewing machine was not cutting fabric right. The serger does the professional edge to the fabric. It sews and cuts off the excess at the same time. I do have other functions on mine. It is not the regular sewing machine. I had it in because they put a new cutting knife on it and it was not working well. I took it back in and gave a sample of what it should be doing. They fixed and they charged me for it because it was beyond warranty. It was fine for two years but it did the same thing again in shorter span of time. I had a bunch of different repairs that was needed and that they fixed. So I had to take it back within a year to look at it again. The cutting problem that it was going on with it. For the most part it is working okay. I need it quickly as I was in the middle of some big project. They are knowledgeable in fixing their machines. They are very highly skilled. You can’t go in there without they trying to sell you another machine. They were ready to sell me another back up machine of $1200. That is the level of machine I have. I have done okay with them. Their repair work might be a bit pricey. The quality of work is good. For responsiveness I had to call them to see if the machine was done after the date they said it would have been done, they were to call me and they didn't. I had to call just to be sure because it was a long drive for me and I don't want to go get something if it is not ready. . I would probably go back there because I like to take my machine to where I bought it. It is good to have people who are trained to work on the specific machines.

This store does excellent repairs on sewing machines. They know everything about sewing machines. If you want a top quality sewing machine this is the place to go to buy one.
