This was the first time that I had used Oak Hills Electric, and am so pleased with their customer service and quality of work. It was great having someone answer the phone instead of having to leave my name and phone number, and wondering if I would receive a return phone call. Amber (who scheduled the appointment), and Dick (who gave me a cost estimate over the phone) were very professional and helpful. Scott, the electrician, took time to explain the light replacement options for me. He also discovered that the existing wiring for the light fixture was not up to code, and took care of replacing that also. I would definitely contact Oak Hills Electric for any future electrical work.

I called on a Monday and Neil and Matt did the work the next day.  The circuit breaker for our furnace was weak and was tripping off when the air conditioner would come on.  Also the photocell on our outdoor security lights had burned out and needed replacing.  All the work was done promptly.

Showed up on time.  Installed 3 ceiling fans correctly in under an hour.  Cleaned up when finished. Overall, very happy with the quality of work and the promptness.  Company was the most friendly and helpful when I called for information.

It was challenging to find an electrician who would set an appointment for several small jobs; a few I called would not even return my calls or discuss this work. Oak Hills provided Dave to give me an estimate (by appointment and on time) and two great guys to do the work.
Dave gave pricing options for replacing the house intercom system or just putting in a doorbell. He also gave me the name of a drywall person when we chose the option of removing the speaker system. Neil and Matt arrived as promised, enthusiastically introduced themselves, double checked the ordered repairs, and went to work. They were very polite, cheerful, and hardworking. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and made sure everything was working properly. 
My one regret is that I did not specify the type of doorbell and buzzer - it is a very basic model and I would have chosen something a bit more upscale if I had known. However, Oak Hills does not have a showroom or anything fancy where you can go in and test systems. Next time I would choose a model and either provide it or request they order it.
As other reviewers mentioned, they seemed on the expensive side, but they were the only ones who followed through with the work and they did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The only thing that didn't look great was the wall cuts were a little too big. We will need to mud to fix. Everything else was good

On time, courteous, efficient, knowledgable, reasonably priced. What's not to like. Dave was the best.

OAK HILLS ELECTRIC, INC have fair and comparable prices. I liked them a lot. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

Scott and another person, came on time and took most of the day to do the tv etc. installation. They covered all the furniture in the den. The entertainment center work on the first try. They were very carefull not to do any damage to our furniture. They were pleasant. When they couldn't finish in one day, they came back the next week and finished the job. We had a noisy fan, so Scott checked it out and said that the bearings were going out and that they could repair it. We have been very satisfied with their work.

Both the representative (David) that provided the estimate and the technician (Scott) that did the work arrived at the designated time and were very courteous and informative. David was delayed in providing the final estimate as he went on vacation the week after the appointment. I wasn't aware of the delay in getting the estimate until about a week later when I called to follow up on the status. I have had work done by Oak Hills before that made it so I was willing to continue to pursue them for this job. They immediately responded to my message and offered to come out that afternoon to do the job. I was the one that had to delay a couple of days due to work conflicts. Scott, the technician, didn't like the original idea of running the power off of the electrical switch due to improper grounding  that he saw when he started the job and went to Plan B to go into the attic over the garage and run the line off of outlet for the garage door opener. He could have done the job faster by running off the switch, but wanted to be sure the job was done correct. This was done with no additional charges. I will have Oak Hills do future electrical work as I trust them to get the job done right.

Oak Hills arived on time.  Determined the problem in a short amount of time and adjusted wiring so that the light would work.

Serviceman checked voltage output of suspected defective wall switch; determined that it was not providing the correct voltage.  Replaced switch; that fixed the problem.  Also checked exterior wiring of the sconces; determined they were fine.  Was quick, efficient; will use them again.
