The mosaic tile installation was horrible. I was promised by K. Dirks that he would send the installer they used back out to redo them. Kept getting the runaround, then he wouldn't return my calls. Escalated to owner Ilia. Ilia is saying there "is nothing he can do." I have paid their invoice in full ($5,802.50), and got screwed. AVOID USING THIS CONTRACTOR!!!
