I had rented a house from Don Bock; after a few years, the house was condemned because of something wrong with the windowsills. I took Bock to small claims courts to get my deposit back and I got that back. He certainly wasn't going to give it back voluntarily, claiming that all the things wrong with the house were my fault. Mr. Bock repeatedly on several occasions knocked on my bedroom window at 6 a.m. to wake me up, saying "wake up, it's time to get up." At the time I had a night job. Also, on several occasions, he would insist on coming in under the threat of evicting me if I didn't let him in when he demanded it instead of the legal 24 hr emergency notice. On one of these occasions (at least) he stood in the living room and babbled on and on. He breaks the limit on # of persons per bedroom & lets multiple families live in too small a space. DON'T RENT FROM A&B REALTY!!!
Description of Work: This rental agency does not keep their property up to code. I used to rent from Don Bock thru A&B & he never fixes his properties.
