About us

Welcome to Neatnify, owned by Certified Professional Organizer Jill Quigley! Having worked in customer service for 25-plus years, Jill has a finely honed degree of attention to detail. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication, she is determined, upbeat, enthusiastic, and always finds a way to successfully navigate any situation thrown at her. Jill lives in Omaha, Nebraska, and can help anybody organize anything. In addition to her customer service experience, she has been a Financial Peace University facilitator, freelance event and travel coordinator, and has organized and repurposed many a home and office area. She has appeared on the “Dorothy the Organizer” show, is a certified Boss Organizer, and has appeared on the Emmy nominated show “Hoarders”. In addition to her organizing adventures, she has also is a Financial Coach Master Trainer certified by Ramsey Solutions. Jill would love to hear about your project/finances. Please reach out!

Jill handled the estate sale of my mother-in-law from start to finish. She was exceptional in every way. We didn't have to worry about anything! She went through everything in the entire house, organized it, displayed, labeled and priced it, and held the estate sale over several days. She handled the advertising, the sale itself, and all of the cleanup and final donation of everything left that didn't sell. She is an extremely hard worker and an exceptional human being. My mom had hired someone else many years ago for her mother's estate sale and wishes she had known about Jill then - she said Jill was far and away much better than the person she had hired. Highly, highly recommend Jill!

I have known Jill for a few years now and she has helped me with three different rooms. She is very skilled at what she does but also teaches you and gives advice on how to manage clutter and organize. She did a wonderful job helping me make my room look exactly what I had envisioned. She even went beyond my expectations by putting together a cube organizer for me that I was not able to do myself. She is friendly, not at all pushy or bossy, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help with organizing a room or other part of their house and I plan on using her again in the future for another project.

Jill helped me organize my closet that hasnâ t been cleaned out in over 25 years! It was a huge task, but we did it in 6 hours. I would never have been able to do this on my own. Jill made it fun. We have 8 bags of clothes to donate and 3 bags of trash that all came from one closet! The finished product looks amazing! I would highly recommend anyone that needs help with any organizing project to enlist the help of Neatnify.
