Bath Fitters in Omaha NE has not shown up 3 times to fix a glue/caulking issue with our shower. Beginning of January, I called bath fitters about a warranty issue with our shower. They never returned our phone call. Around 12 January , I called bath fitters again and was told we were not in their system. I produced credit card receipts showing our purchase and warranty work was scheduled. On 1...

They installed a surrounding wall around the bathtub a couple of years ago. The caulking/glue failed and we have been trying to contact them as it is under warranty.

If you want a quality, no hassle tub or shower replaced these are the guys to contact. Just realize that you will pay a lot for that convenience. One hard working, polite gentleman tore the old shower out and installed the new one in 8 hours. I didn't think it was possible. The results are great and I love the quality of the materials and workmanship.

Went great, no pressure, all the reps were professional and friendly. The only way things could have been better is if we had done it years ago and someone else had paid. Our tub/shower looks wonderful with only minimal cleaning.

Sent sales rep out to show available merchandise and give pitch, explain services. Did prelim measurments. Couple of days later, second crew came out to to detailed measurements- went pretty quick. We put our order in and paid downpayment.Our insert came in about 7-10 days later and an installer came out an spent most of the day putting it and the new fixtures in. We had to wait 24 hours for caulking to set.

The salesman was extremely nice and was always prompt. He even made a special trip to Lincoln to go over something with my husband that would change the cost of the product after we'd already agreed to go with him which we thought was much better than doing it over the phone. In regards to timeline, I wasn't as impressed. Our date for installation got pushed back twice and it took them 8 weeks...
