NASTASE ROOFING

Went very professionally and well from initial estimate through comp;etion.

Actual work was not too bad - they never accessed the inside of the house for the skylight so realized they had cut the drywall on the inside to get the new skylight to fit and now I will need to finish the interior to make it look okay. Skylight looks okay other wise.
Gutters and guards were installed and look good. Communication was not good. Had asked for the fireplace metal roof to be replaced but instead they caulked it and did not replace it. Damaged crest vent shingles were not replaced as asked. Nick was very slow to respond and did not seem to totally understand that communications was a key for me (even though I explained this on the initial visit). He called at 7:30 am the morning of the gutter install to let me know they were coming out. For the skylight e-mailed me the day before so my wife was pretty surprised when they showed up the next morning without a call. He offered to make my issues right (by e-mail) and asked if he understood the issues and I never heard back from Nick.

They were very professional in giving the estimate and getting the job done.

Great. On time. Great crew. A question arose on the kitchen vent, and total number of vents to be installled, but the crew lead communicated the problem well, had me restate several time what I had wished to accomplish. They made sure what I intended is the work they would do.

About one year ago they did a partial repair on our garage. They were professional and prompt. Their prices were a bit higher than the others, but their work was excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

I was pleased with this company's work. The roof looks to be neatly applied, although I am not an expert in this area. Clean-up was exceptional - when they were finished, my yard looked as if they had never been there. I lowered the price rating because this company was not the low bid.

Our roof was damaged in the June 27th storm. We researched roofers on Angie's List and BBB. Based on that and talking with neighbors and friends we chose Nastase. Their estimate was in the middle range of 6 vendor proposals. Our insurance company's estimate was very specific about the materials to be used. Nastase's quote included even better materials and was still less than the insurance estimate. People and crew always arrived promptly. The complete tear-off and replacement were completed in 2 days. All scrap was cleared away and no landscaping was damaged. (I noticed other homes with leftover scrap and squashed plants)

This was a really big and time consuming job which had to be done in sections due to vent fans that I was having done during this same time period. The crew was very respectful and worked fast in getting the job completed. It took them two days and it really looked good when they were done.

We had great service with the company that roofed our house. They were pretty professional and prompt with their work. They had our house done in a few days and just did a great job. They did a great job at cleaning up the mess and leaving no marks on the side of the house.
