Zero issues. Landscape designer sent us photos of a variety of possible trees for our backyard. We were looking for a mature tree versus a young twig. They send a special truck with a scope and dug out a large hole. New tree and other smaller trees arrived and were planted all in the same day. Mulched everything. Two guys digging holes and moving mulch worked very hard and cleaned up everything great considering there was mulch at first. Trees have transformed our yard. We always love picking out plants each spring there too. Thanks!

Dave did an excellent job of choosing plants that would do well in the various locations of the yard.  The workers were very professional and did an excellent job!  In the spring, a few plants and one tree had to be replaced due to the winter and Dave was very prompt in having the plants replaced.      We are loving our landscape!

I have requested similar work previously, so I sent an e-mail request that they repeat the actions. They performed on they schedule, when I was not at home, and sent me a bill for the work.

They kept me up to date when they were unable come due to rain.

I did place a review because I was having some issues but they had not resolved it. The landscaping was fine and it looks nice but they didn't do everything they were suppose to do. I am not really happy about that because I am busy all the time. I don't have the time to pull it out all the time. I email them within the week and all they did was told me how to get rid of it.

They have good quality plants. When business was good they wouldn't follow through with returning calls they were too busy in making money and were not interested in customers however now it is better.

Mulhall's was one of three companies I selected after research to bid installation of a patio and landscape renewal. They promptly scheduled an appointment for review and bid. Chad, the landscape designer, arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional at time of bid. The design and bid arrived 4 business days from the first appointment. The design was very professionally presented and well-done. The design was unique compared to what the other companies presented in terms of style. Overall, the bid was comparable to the other two companies. Though, I did have to ask specifically about moving sprinkler heads and re-routing downspouts, the cost of which had to be added to the bid. They were also very responsive to my questions and some additions that I ended up requesting (e.g., Chad advised on a fountain for the front yard at my request and they were able to include the delivery and installation at the time they were working on the patio). At time of booking, it was estimated that the patio would be installed mid-May. The was not too far off of actual installation in last week of May. The installation crew was professional and very hard-working. The job was 95% completed within two days and then was delayed due to rain. They came back on a Saturday afternoon at the end of the same week to finish. I did have to call them back once since installation to adjust a sprinkler head that had been moved because it was aimed at the house instead of the yard. This was corrected within a business day. The end result is wonderful. The patio design is fantastic and the landscaping looks great. I intend to use Mulhall's again when I revamp the front yard landscaping.

They were extremely knowledgeable about plants and helped me choose the right variety of plants for different areas of my home. They have a plant expert. That was helpful. It was a free service. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for. There are people there who walk around and you can ask them for help, it's not like you really have to wait. I will use them in the future when I need to.

Mulhall's was great to work with in every way...the complete opposite of our experience with Lanoha. The landscape designer came out to the house and gave us an free estimate, looked over the property, and offered great recommendations for great looking plants that were practical that would increase the curb appeal of our lawn. He was prompt, courteous, took his time answering our questions and offering suggestions. When the quote came in for half of what we had budgeted for (based on our earlier interactions with Lanoha), we called him to came back and expand the project. The crew came and worked extremely hard for a day and by the time they left it looked like an entirely different property! After the job was finished we also received a $40 reward certificate from Mulhall's. Wonderful company...I'm already planning what the can do for our back yard in the future.

The man who did the work was knowledgeable. They were a little on the expensive side.

Completed job in one day as per estimate, and price was exactly the amount of estimate, which was cheaper by half of the next closest bid. Excellent job.

The entire project was designed beautifully and unfolded with very few hitches. My home looks like the cover of "Better Homes and Gardens" magazine! People slow down as they pass; I am enjoying it immensely.

Mulhalls Design Center is very professional and courteous. I liked the design they set up for my flower beds. They are very hard working and contentious in their work. They are very neat, tidy and left me no clean up. I was very happy with the end product.

This was for our side yard and Mulhalls sent out a few workers within several days. They did a very good job, and we're happy with our new greenery. One tree didn't make it, and they replaced it without any problems.

This was a horrible job done because some of the trees died and the way they planted everything and built the rock walls it has caused water problems in my basement. They won t even come out and look at the trees. Their customer service is terrible. The trees were supposed to be guaranteed but they won t do anything about it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They were very knowledgeable with all the work that they did. I felt as if they were well worth the money I that paid them for their services. We have used them over and over again and my yard always looked nice when they were done.

My overall experience with Mulhalls Design was terrible. Their quality of work was not that great. I don't believe they knew what they were doing. They planted shrubs where there was shade all day and they needed sunlight and everything died. I called them several times but they wouldn't send anyone out. I am not sure of the price I paid for all of this.
