I originally deposited $500 and made $300 a month payments. I fell behind once and when I went to pay for the vehicle I was threatened, he told me he had a gun and was going to kill himself and also that he was going to beat me up. He also threatened my brother and my brother was shot in the head when he was 17 and does not think clearly. I was in an accident because my ex girlfriend turned my car off the road and made me hit a curb which popped the tire. When I went to pay him for the impound fee and tow I paid a total of $325.00, I paid $70.00 to catch up on how much I was late and only $55.00 was applied to this months payment. I paid a total of $480.00, 325+70+55 = $340, which shows he stole $40.00 and also threatened me again that he was going to attack me before I left.
