Adrian was amazing, and did a great job. We just moved from an apartment with plumbing issues to a house with plumbing issues and plumbing problems arose quickly. It was quick, and he got it fixed. He was awesome and professional. Adrian really knew his stuff, and is great to work with. Highly suggest Adrian for not only his knowledge, but his personality and caring to the issue. Good person!

Work done fast. Guys were nice. Adrian and Bart did a great job. Just expensive for less than an hours worth of work.

Paul came to my home today to replace a toilet in my powder room.  He had been over earlier and the leak in the toilet had caused major damage to the wood floor.  So we replaced the floor with a tile floor.  When he came in I pointed out that the pipe ( shut off valve) was leaking.  He thought maybe it hadn't been shut off but then decided differently.  As he was working he brought me another receipt that stated I would be owing $800.  I was very upset.
I went into my husband's office and looked at the past receipt. It stated that we paid a $192 diagnostic fee on the first visit.  When I questioned him on why he didn't diagnose the leaky shut off valve.  He got very defensive.  Then he said,"You wanted me to replace the shut off valve."   I am not sure if it needed to be replaced or not.
When the toilet was placed in the bathroom and Paul left our home.  My husband and I looked at each other...What a total disappointment!
I WOULD NOT recommend this company!

Friday night my husband and I went to dinner and arrived home about two hours later only to find 2" of water covering our basement floor.  We could hear water gushing but didn't know where it was coming from.  My husband immediately turned off the water supply to the house and began shoveling the water outside through the patio door.  (Luckily we have glued-down vinyl flooring and a walk-out basement!)  I started calling for plumbing help.  The first couple of plumbers said they charged a $150 fee just to come out on a Friday night.  None of them sounded too excited about hunting a leak down after normal hours and on a week end. Continuing down the list of  "emergency plumbers" I called Mr. Rooter.  Initially no one answer the phone number I had called and the voice-mail service announced that the mailbox was not set up so I hung up.  I was about to dial the next emergency plumber listed, however, within seconds of disconnecting my last call I received a call from "Mr. Rooter" returning my call.  I told them of my situation and the woman said she would send someone right over.  The service tech called me shortly thereafter and confirmed my address.  He arrived within about 30 minutes.  He was friendly and polite and gave me a reasonable price right up front.  He then got to work on identifying where the leak was coming from.  Without any tell-tale signs (no water from ceiling or wet drywall) he immediately honed in on the exterior spigot as a potential source for a break.  We listened with our ear to the wall while the water was briefly turned back on and that was where we could hear the gushing sound.  With our permission the service technician neatly cut away the drywall and repaired the break.  We could see that the water was running down inside the drywall thanks to the plastic insulation barrier (which was actually installed on the wrong side of the pipe.)  We determined the water was seeping out onto the floor from behind this wall.  The service tech was quick and extremely experienced and  I think he did everything start to finish in about an hour.  Thank you for turning what appeared to be a huge disaster into a mild annoyance.

We had a poor experience with them. They did the work but they charged us a fortune. They gave us a coupon but we couldn't even use it. They didn't even provide the parts. The price was almost dishonest. We can't recommend that company. I will not use them again in the future.

is A few years ago I did join Mr. Rooter's Advantage Plan, which is supposed to give you among other things priority scheduling and preferential pricing. The woman making appointments could / would not give me the cost or even an approximate cost. Nevertheless, I did make an appointment for the late afternoon. Turned out that less than an hour after making the appointment, they called back and said they would be able to come right then - would that be acceptable. Of course.
This business of keeping prices secret is for me a very poor company policy; and does nothing towards customer service and building a business. Perhaps this is they way all plumbing companies operate. I don't know, as I very very seldom need to call a plumber. However, I do think that at least a ballpark figure would go a long way towards customer service. In speaking later with my son who is in another service business - he indicated that the price was reasonable.
Should also explain that this company (franchise) has recently changed hands. Their new Senior discount is 10%. To their credit they did honor the 15% quoted on this - Angie's List - website for me. Thank You.

I give them an A for everything. They were very good. I talked to another company and Mr. Rooter responded faster and gave me a better price.

They happened to come upon a manhole close to my house which made it possible to work. Couldn't do from inside or from roof due to ice and covering of snow. Their system was gas-powered; however, they had to fill their reservoir from the spigot on my house. Job was done well and I was happy to have working plumbing again, but the price I think was excessive. Got my neighbor done at same time.

He is someone that we always call. We have used them for the last four years for any plumbing problems. They clean up really well and they are very prompt. They come out right away. It is just a really good company. When we checked out other places on a previous job, they were more reasonable.

was told the service person would be there at 8:00. I called at 8:15 he was in route. I called at 8:30 he was almost there. I called at 9:00 wasn't even close to my property. Finally showed up at around 9:30. Repair went fine took 5 minutes. thought 255 was a little excessive for a small fix but didn't have a choice as i needed to get it done immediately. Didn't appreciate his whole house check where they shove camera's down your drain and try to trick you into multi thousand dollar repairs of systems that are working fine. left giving me an estimate for 6000 dollars for something that didn't need repaired, nor did I even ask him to examine. Reminded me of a oil lube company whom trys to find all sorts of "problems" with your vehicle while they are changing your oil.

We were not happy with this experience at all. For starters, I did not at all care for his sarcasm. (e.g., I asked him how much it would cost, and he gave me a curt "A million dollars!" in reply, as just one example.) I was shocked at how much it did cost - $245 for two hose bibs?!?!?! - but I'd called a few other places and gotten no reply (as it's a weekend) and we were pretty desperate. From what I can tell, he did a fine job on the hose bibs (we've run a few loads since then - no more leaks) but one other thing raised our eyebrows - he informed us he was running a "plumbing inspection" and that our toilet had a problem with constant running, but he would fix it for 47.50. The odd thing, though, is that we KNOW for a fact that last night it did not have a problem with running, and also the handle is all screwed up now - it's loose and points up at an angle, whereas it was fine and set horizontally just last night. This toilet is in the laundry room, where he was alone for about 20 minutes. I can't make accusations, as we have no proof of anything, but we found it awfully suspicious. He wanted to inspect the rest of the plumbing in the house as well, but was told no thanks. Between this, his sarcasm, and the outrageous price, it is a sure thing that we will never hire this company again.

The tech was very polite, neat and explained what was going on. I was told that there were some tree roots in the drain. He had to bring in a machine to cut the roots in the drain. I thought he did a great job, but was on the expensive side.

He showed up to replace the faucet on time, and he had everything he needed in the truck. He was very respectful to me and my wife. He left a business card that we will be sure to use if we ever need anymore plumbing services done.

I knew the owner of the business had a good reputation previously, but I would never use this company again. They claimed to have cleared our line, but I had to work on toilet again and reconnect the water. The next day it backed up again.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing was able to come out and get our drain cleared the day after we called them. Once they got here, it only took about thirty minutes for them to get the drain cleared. I also got a written estimate before he started any work.

Mr. Rooter was satisfactory, unlike the other company I used. They got the job done right and got the tank good and clean. They had pretty good customer service which I liked. They showed me how they did their work and stuck to their quote.

I had no idea what to do about my drainage pipes, so I was told to call this company. They sent a tech right out and he wasn t pushy at all. He made sure I was comfortable with what it was he would be doing before getting started. He quoted the price and stuck to it. I was very happy they fixed my pipes. I will call them again.

They were very prompt at calling me back and setting up a time to come out. They showed up on time and he did a good job of not tearing up my lawn. He worked quickly to get the job done. I didn t feel like I had to stay on top of him to get them to work and I was happy with the work and professionalism they showed here.
