I would say that Jeremy was excellent when he did come. He was friendly and did a great job with installing my furnace electrical and ceiling fans. Wish I would have gottten his number to deal with him directly and not have used the receptionists!

It was kind of difficult with them because they came out and they were supposed to do some research of some lights that we needed in our kitchen and they didn't get back to us. So I called, they came out again, still hadn't worked on what we originally wanted them to do so we had them do a couple of other things and then they sent us a bill saying we owed more because it was past the date that we had to do it. It was their fault not our fault. It was almost 9 months later, then they send us another bill saying, 'You still haven't paid this and you owe because you didn't do the job during the timeline' which I just ignored after that and we haven't heard from them again. The work that they did, they did well but they didn't seem to follow up in a timely manner. There were no additional costs. They did come out during that time frame right away but at that time we were wanting them to put some new lights above my cabinets and he was going to investigate that and he never called us back. They did do a good job of the things we finally had them do but that wasn't what we initially asked for or wanted. They did comeout when they said they would come out, finally.

"The customer is a Power Club member and was given an inspection as part of the benefits. The customer was not charged for anything other than the $99 membership fee that was paid for months in advanced. No quote to fix the issue was given, because the customer was referred to a 3rd party website for further research. We did not hear from the customer again."

My outlet on the left side of kitchen sink were out during the new siding installation. I have the guy from Mister sparky come to check and he is very professional and pin down the problem quickly. He has a price charts which show how much should be charged and he allowed me to take $25 coupon as angies list member. He is very sincere and I appreciate the service.

Everything went super well. The electrician was right on time and worked quickly. He cleaned everything up before leaving and we even had nice chat. Highly recommended!

I had to move switches. There were so many problems. Outlets that did not work, I had to contact the manager. It took them a week to call back. Ben attempted to redo a placement of a switch and now I'm not able to turn a light on that is on the other side of the room. The manager was going to have someone come and fix all the holes that I have in my ceiling and walls that were created from trying to get the switches and outlets to work. He put in a type of cable that is not even used any more. When the satellite people came out to hook it up they had to replace it - another hole in my wall.. No one has contacted me to get the walls fixed. My family wants me to contact them to get things fixed... I won't let them near my house again. I will take care of it myself.

The service was great. The electrician did a good job moving a switch that required some fishing of wires. He was punctual and professional. The reason I give them a B and not an A is that the business model of selling a membership seems a bit sketchy. With the Angie's list coupon a membership is still expensive . I prefer just to pay for the services rendered not become involved in inspections I don't need.

The outlet was a floor outlet and I was very impressed with the quality of the materials used and the way the outlet looks. When he got done installing the light switch, I almost couldn't have told he had been here. There was some drywall dust on the floor but the wall looked perfect and the switch matched others in my house very well. There was some drywall patching to be done in the basement after the repair and that was done well also. And, because they had a computer problem and didn't keep my first appointment, I got one of the services performed for free so that saved me a LOT of money. I highly recommend them!

We purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it worked out very well. We were real happy. We remember he was prompt and very timely. He was very attentive to our needs and really a very nice gentleman. He took care of all of our problems. We thought he was very professional and just a sweet guy. We thought the price was very reasonable as well. He was on time and we will absolutely use him again in the future.

Always showed up when they said they would and stayed until the work was done. Had to come over several days to do all the initial wiring and then the actual hook-ups once the other subcontractors were done. We were pleased with the knowledge and professionalism.

We have been using their services for about 4 years. When you schedule an appointment, they give you a time frame. Then on the day of the appointment, they always call before they come. Everything has been working out very good with them.

In the past they came up with a great solution to run wiring to our boat dock. They have also suggested in the past that we change to the proper adjustable speed switches for our ceiling fans. They are very courteous and knowledgeable and always take the time to explain the inspection results to me and answer any questions I have.

We love them! We have been with them for 4-5 years. Our house is about 20 years old so we feel that the maintenance plan is a good deal.
