He had to add 2# of freon. Otherwise, the unit was in good shape (14 years old).
We had to delay the service due to the unseasonable cold weather.

Ryan replaced a water valve on the refrigerator, and also a door switch and bearing on the dryer. He was very professional and did an excellent job describing the problems and the procedures to fix them.

I've actually never needed a warranty before so I wasn't familiar with the protocol. Turns out I should have called the number on the back of my receipt first to set up the repair with whomever they chose. Millard Appliance knew I had a warranty but didn't say anything. After the work was done I was informed that they didn't do warranty work. I know I shouldn't expect a business to protect me from my own ignorance, but it would have been nice. They did fix the problem.

They charged me outrageous. Other than the price, everything was fine.

Attempted to repair problem with GE oven (approx. 7 years old). Didn't fix it. Had to return again with a sensor that wasn't available the first time. Both times the technician was rude. Missed the call that he was coming the second time, so he didn't show up on time. Said he didn't show up unless someone answered the phone, which I thought was weird.

Person with whom I spoke on the phone quickly understood my description of the problem. Appointment set and kept. When the repairman arrived, it did not take very long to install the new part. Washing machine has been working normally ever since.

Refrigerator freezer not cooling. The tech showed up as promised and work was completed in a timely manner. Replaced some electrical component.

They weren't open when I called but they got back to me and came out and fixed it. They did the work on the same day that they got back to me. They were pretty quick. I don't have anything to compare the price to but it wasn't outrageous.

Dan and Justin installed the unit and they were the best! They pulled out a dead lilac tree where the new A.C. needed to be and they installed a new filter in my funace's humidifier so it will be ready to go in the fall. They also explained that they will be back in August to show me how to clean the new A.C. They actually did a lot of teaching on the care of my A.C. I could not be happer with the A.C. or with the service that they provided. I highly recommend them and I will never use anyone else!

Went very well. Tech showed up as scheduled. Washing machine works great.

They replaced a thermostat that was not working. This stopped ice from forming inside the frig, but did not fix the temperature problem. I called them back the next week and the same serviceman returned. He said he had misplaced some tubing inside the frig. He quickly fixed that (no additional charge) and the refrigerator has been working fine since.

Dishwasher (again!) not cleaning. Called Sunday and got an individual who said could schedule for Mon.,but Tues worked better for me so scheduled for Tues anytime after noon.Repair guy called to say he could arrive earlier if wanted, arrived 11:30a. He took look at dishwasher and said wasn't filling properly so proceeded to take things apart to find out why...tweeked some things, but still not filling, asked if I had a pressure regulator, I said Yes. He checked that and adjusted to allow better pressure, but still not filling like it should. He said may need a fill valve which was $60. and had to go back to office to p/u, which I agreed to. Back about 15min., installed fill valve and dishwasher working now. He was fast, efficient and tried to save me money by checking everything else first... which I definitely like.

Noticed the dishwasher was full of water and hadn't drained after its wash cycle on Thurs night. Thought to leave a msg w/the company(it was after 5p), but was pleasantly surprised to get an actual person. We set up an appmt time for afternoon between 2-4. The repair guy arrived at 2p, got right to work and was finished in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem efficiently. Also thought the cost was great! Gave a 'B' not b/c they weren't really good, but b/c the problem was a simple one to solve as would be expected from any competent tech. and didn't require a lengthy process. Do plan on using them again though.

When they came they were on time and were very polite. They got right to the work and finished it in a short amount of time. He was professional and answered all my questions with out any hesitation. I would recommend them to other people because they are a great company to do business with.

They were very timely and came when they said they would come. He promised us that if the furnace went out in the next month he would come out to fix it without charging a service call. He fixed the problem, it has been working fine ever since, and they did a good job.

He came out the first time and inspected my machine. He diagnosed the problem and then he had to go get the part that was needed. It only took him a small amount of time to replace the faulty part. He was very nice, thorough, and tidy.

We had to wait about a week to have our refrigerator fixed because Millard Appliance Service did not have the parts to fix it. Once the parts came in, it only took the repairman about an hour to have it fixed. It has worked great since they fixed it.

Millard has done work for us at our old house too and we liked the way they did business. Their response time is excellent and the technicians are nice and highly skilled. The door was replaced in less than thirty minutes and the kitchen no longer gets over heated when the oven is on. We have no desire to look elsewhere for appliance service.

I guess you could say that they pretty much had to replace the entire vent. Although, they did not bring in a new one, they had to rewire and everything. I am very pleased with their professionalism. This is a very reputable company that sells and repairs major appliances. They are very honest and never try to get you for anything more than you need.
