+ -1 moreSteve oversaw the job, made sure it was done right. He is not necessarily cheap, but he does excellent work. I believe he is honest, pays attention to details, and wants to do the job right. The only thing that frustrated me was that he had several jobs going at one time, and did not get the job done quite as quickly.
Description of Work: He built a balcony on one end of the house, covered wood window sills with metal that never needs to be painted. He also had a concrete contractor come out and install a sidewalk. He gives a very specific estimate spelling out what he is going to do. There is no question about what is getting done and what is not. He also went through mine with me to make sure we were on the same page.
