The workmanship is wonderful. The house looks great, even my neighbor took the time to come by and say so. Phil does everything he says he will, if only the people that work for him and he refers you to were as dependable and hard working.

Phil listened to my wife's wishes and desires throughout the entire process from sales, to performing the job, through the end of the job and beyond. Phil was the only siding contractor in the Omaha area that discussed the architecture of our home and what he could do to enhance it...we went through interviews with 7 contractors. While Phil was not the lowest or most expensive, he showed us examples of his previous work and asked us to discuss his workmanship with those home owners. Every home owner we talked with would definitely hire Phil again...and we would definitely hire Phil for anything he does. Phil stands behind his work, showed us options during his work (little or no cost extra). When he began the job, we had not decided to change out our casement windows with sash windows. We approached Phil in the first week of the job and he gave us a very good price on high quality energy efficient windows which we quickly accepted. Phil is a Christian gentlemen who stands behind his work and his suppliers stand behind their products. When one side of the house did not quite match, Phil brought out his supplier to look at our concerns. The supplier directed Phil to remove the siding on the entire side of the house and replace it with new siding...this was weeks after Phil sided the house. Phil has come out many times to update trim and help out on a problem I had with a roofing contractor. Phil goes way above and beyond a contractor and we now count him as a true friend even though we did not know him before. I recommend getting estimates from other contractors, but DEFINITELY include Midlands Siding and Window when interviewing. Hire Phil and you will not be disappointed ever.

They did excellent work and I was very happy with them. I got them from a neighbor next door; they did his house and he was really happy with them so I tried them and I was happy, too. The company does excellent metal work when working on your soffits, windows and such; they are really good at that. I will use them again in the future.
