I got pissed off, and told them to take it off the rack. I had called, and told them that I did not want to wait, and could they give me an time, so I did not have to wait in the waiting room. I got there, took my car, and thirty minutes later, he came for an estimate, waiting on my approval. I then waited another twenty minutes, in the waiting room by the garage, and said this is suppose to take twenty minutes,and they said we are getting ready to start now, and I said take it off the rack, I am going home. I actually went in before, some guy probably the manager, was so nice to me, looking for him, he wasn't there, and I ask when the owner would be in, they said we co-own this place, because I could talk to them, and try to fix this, but apparently its all co-owners there.

They repaired it right then - total time in the shop was less than 45 minutes- excellent! The repair fixed the exhaust issue. I have used this shop before and have always been happy with their service and honesty. I am a mechanical person and know enough to spot questionable repair quotes and these guys are straight up honest. I would recommend them with confidence to family and friends.

The experience went great from start to finish...as it always does. We have gone to this Midas for about 12 years and the guys are great! You can depend on what they tell you and that they are doing a job right the first time. We depend on their expertise. We have no hesitation in recommending them when asked about a good mechanic. We are thankful to know that we can trust and depend on these guys.

I was pleased enough with Midas's services. The employees they have there look happy and they are friendly to the customers from what I experienced. I would say that they are reasonable in price so long as you look for specials or promotions, which is what I do with my Honda. I don't really stick to using one car place because I look for what places are running specials at the time that something is going wrong with the vehicle or needs to be replaced.
