Started off with a bit of confusion, but it was cleared up and work was done appropriately. They gave me a good report on my roof. They repaired cracks in my chimney as well. Very professional! They gave me their best work to make up for the confusion at the beginning of the service.

Everything went great. Our kitchen is everything we wanted. We were able to work with Mercury Contractors from beginning to end with all ideas we had listened to.

The roofers did a good job. They came back out at a later date to clean the gutters of the debris that was left from the new roof. I will use them again if need be and would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. I was well satisfied with the job that was done.

Not only did they do the work for a very reasonable price, but they went above and beyond on some of the quality.  There was 1 package of bolts that came from the supplier that wasn't galvanized.  They would not install those bolts and got some new galvanized that they installed.  They reinforced some places that hadn't been done before and it is much more solid now.  Very pleased with their service, timeliness, and professionalism.  Have already recommended them a couple of times and I know one of the people are extremely please as well.  The other hasn't started their project.  Plain and simple, very good work and very reasonable pricing.  Thanks again Jeff!!!

The whole process took about two weeks.  Was amazed that the actual time was about seven hours which included clearing two layers of shingles off the roof.

Very smooth start to finish

Their performance was incredible. All of their cutting was done in our garage which is on the lower level of the house. The project was in our upstairs master bath. When they were finished you would have never known they had been back and forth or up and down our stairs. We hardly knew they were in the house. My wife and I both work out of the house and we were never disturbed by Mercury Contractors.

Any fears I may have had in acaquiring a competent contractor were dispelled when I was referred to Jeff Goehring.  He met with me and the insurance adjustor, confirming what work needed to be done.  He allowed me to pick out th materials, he entertained my every idea about additional renovation to complete the makeover, when unscheduled delays in supplies happened, he satyed in touch to let me know where things stood.  He met with me and his crew several times to make sure we all understood what I wanted done.  He never talked down to me as a female homeowner.  Always treated me with exceptional courtesy.  Jeff and his crew know the business.  My roosand new siding are fabulous.  the makeover on my back porch addition is the excalamation point on the entire project.  And a bonus, along the way I made a good friend.ear
