 + -1 moreThe Renew provider was on time, in fact ,he waited for me to get home. The carpet cleaning process was done in a timely manner. The carpets looked great and smelled clean. His manner was very polite and believes in the cleaning process he uses. It was a good experience at the right price. I liked the fact that once he started cleaning he did not offer more services and raise the price.
Description of Work: Cleaned three carpets in our house.

 + 0 moreOnce we saw the price, we said YES and he was able to spend the next 90 minutes working to make our carpets look like new again. There was a tough stain in our family room carpet that we could never get out and he did. He took the time to explain how his system would work in comparison to others we heard about. Told us how some areas, even though cleaned, might not look as fresh due to wear (the carpets were 10 years old).
Description of Work: Bret came over to provide an estimate to clean carpets in two rooms and a sofa. Which is exactly what he did for us.
