Hired to repair a fence that was damaged from a storm. He patched it together and it wobbled. He installed the pickets without the post settling. And is coming to tear everything back down because he could not do the job correctly.

The workman ship was done very good. The delivery of the bricks and the container that was needed should have been provided by the contractor not the customer. It was $1100 to install but I supplied the materials so I feel it should have been included in the proposal.

Just to clarify when you choose to purchase your own material and hire labor only you the customer are having to pick up the cost of construction material removal and delivery of any waste containers. If you hire me to carry out all costs including all material, rentals, etc. That would be covered on my end. You hired me solely for labor. But thank you for the great review on workmanship I hope you can submit photos to show the size of patio that was installed.
