It went alright- they had a good selection of remnant pieces, and when the one piece we wanted was taken, they suggested an alternative which we appreciated and ended up liking. They were punctual when they came to measure and install, but they cut our remnant too small which they didn't realize until after they had gotten to our house. They did come back later that day with a new piece, but after they realized the piece was cut incorrectly, I called the shop to talk to our salesperson and they were not very friendly (maybe they were having a bad day or were frustrated, but they should have been more professional with their customer). Overall, the top looks good, but they used white caulk and the countertop is gray, so they should have really used gray or clear caulk. The only other negatives: they charge you for the full install even before the work is started or completed and they lost the measurements they took.
