I can always count on Frank for his responsiveness and fast service . He answers his phone promptly and is usually able to come out that day or the next day. He calls before he comes and is very prompt. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I cannot compare on his prices because Major Appliance is the only appliance repair company I call. He has fixed my refrigerator, washer, and dryer on other occasions.

He came the very same day that I called. That was amazing! He was very polite and professional. He was very good about cleaning up any ice and water that was on the floor. Questions were answered and work was performed in a timely manner. There is no more ice and water in the bottom of the freezer. I would definitely call again.

We had been having problems with our dishwasher, so we called the home warranty company to have it taken care of. Frank called us right away to set up a time to come out, and was able to come out the very next day. He called that morning to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very careful with his equipment, quickly found the problem and fixed it, and then cleaned up after himself when he was done. He had the part in stock, so there was no further waiting necessary. He also was willing to answer our questions and explain what the problem was to our satisfaction.

Major Appliance Service were willing to come out when we called them. They were very honest. The repairman couldn't find a problem. He took the dryer apart five times. I liked that he didn't try to make something up. However, once he put it back together it worked fine and has since. He just charged a small flat fee for parts.
