Mad Hatter Mufflers & Brakes

I bought a Mopar air intake for my 2010 Dodge Ram. It is an OEM part that can be upgraded. I called Performance auto to put it in and they did not even bother to call me back.
I then called the guys at Mad Hatter and once again he got me in when I needed to be and worked with me to install a part that did not come with any installation instructions. It took a little longer than expected but he did not raise the price on me and stayed within the budget we had discussed. This is just yet another reason I will got to them for anything car related that they do.

The guys at mad hatter are the best. They stand behind their work, have given me a ride home several times, and are always competitive in price. They fix things right the first time, and have kept our older cars running for the last 15 years. In most cases, they can finish the job on the same day.

Mad Hatters was great! I called them up out of the blue to ask a few questions when I get their name as a dealer of flow master exhaust components. The Man who answered the phone Bill, was awesome. He answered every question that I had about what he thought about the best option for my truck. He gave me a price that was much lower than I had expected. I had called another shop that had be recommended to me by a shop doing different work for me. This other shop just pushed me off the phone and answered none of my questions that is what made Bill at Mad Hatters stand out. When I came in Bill was right there, he knew that he had just spoken to me even though I told him I didn't think I'd be in till the next day and he started the work on my car right away. We were told it would be about an hour. We went out for lunch came back an hour later and as we were pulling into the parking lot the shop was calling to let me know it was done.
In short I found a shop on accident that had such great customer service over the phone I decided to give them a try. They delivered right away on time and at a cost I could not pass up. They have got a customer for life out of me. If they provide the service I'm there. I even asked if they did provide another service that I was looking into. before I left.
