The work looked GREAT until the ground froze and the pebble coating broke off in chunks. It looked like some kind of peanut brittle.
Perfect application for California of Arizona.

It looked great when it was first done. It also was good the next year when we had the yearly resealing and work done to maintain it. It had a 'rich black luster' and looked good. However, last year it was awful after it was resealed--by Lusterstone. Everyone in our neighborhood had this problem and reported it. It had a very dull finish with whitish spots. They either used an inferior product or did not mix it well. When reported--by 4 families that I know of--we were told it was the water in our town causing it. However, it was white and dull in many places where the sprinkler system didn't hit it. Bottom line---no follow through. Lusterstone would not come out or reseal. All 4 families have written letters to the BBB.

Arrived promptly for estimate appointment. After providing estimate, we later revised our plan to sllghtly smaller dimensions. Owner revised the estimate with no problems. Installation went well, and the product has held up (I'm writing this almost two years after the service was rendered)

The guys who came out and did the actual work were punctual and professional. The instructions they were given did not match what I had requested. They did do more to address the drainage problem after I looked at what they were doing and showed them where the water was pooling and that what they were doing would not fix the problem, but in the end water stills pools on the patio and I'm still going to have to have more work done. I notified the owner of the issue but he really wasn't interested in trying to fix the problem. I felt like the owner really didn't listen to me and didn't to the job the way I asked for it to be done. I'm out quite a bit of money and still have a problem.

The sales person was friendly and knowledgable not pushy.The workers were polite.They worked the complet time they were here and did an excellent job. They came on time and completed the job in the time they said they would.I was just amazed at the improvment it made in the appearance of my home. I will have them back to do my patio. All our neighbors complimented us on how nice our home looks.We are very pleased that we made the decision to do this.

Good experience overall. We're satisfied with the results. Patio looks great. After I had signed the proposal, my wife and I decided to cover a little less of the patio to reduce cost, especially since some of the area would be covered by a porch. The owner was flexible and accommodated this change. Crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in the expected amount of time. Area cleaned up. They took out the forms about six days later. Price was a little high for us, but the pebble paving was better than tearing out the whole concrete patio, so we decided to go with Luster Stone anyway.
