Great. They are thorough and make certain the details are taken into account. Explain what they will be doing, make suggestions on style and material if you ask for guidance, clean up once the job is complete.

Ordering the door was a bit frustrating. Associate struggled with placing the order
I had ordered and paid for the door then a week later received a call that they had charged me three times for something and I had to come to the store for a $14
the installer called my husband at 10:30am said he had a cancellation so will be over to install the door
called back at 11:30 saying he would be there in an hour. Then at 3pm he called stating he was on his way
5:30 he finally shows saying it would take an hour
2.5 hrs later, entry door was installed but they couldn't install the storm door because the glass was the wrong size so he had to come back the next day twice to get the storm door right.

We've had good service and they are good about letting you return items even if you don't have the receipt.

We had a little mix up, in which they were able to later resolve the issue. Also, in terms of pricing we did look at their competitors prices.

The price we paid was good. We knew what we wanted and bought them and they had a good selection. We could not find someone to help us, but when we did they were fine. We would tell others that they have a good selection, but to make sure they know what they want.

Very well. I walked into Lowe's to look at doors and after much research, I purchased a patio door from Lowe's and had one of their associates install the door. Lowe's did a great job from beginning through the end. Everyone in the door department was very helpful and they were all very nice to my 2 and 1/2 year old daughter as well. Good group of people.

I was pretty happy with the price and selection. The only thing I did not like is the direction of the pattern in the carpet as I wanted it to run the other way. The installer said the way the carpet was cut, it would only fit the size of my room in that direction otherwise it would have a bunch of seems showing. It looks nice, just not quite like in the store.

Lowe's did a really good job of installing the new linoleum in our kitchen. The new floor looks really nice and they were great people that did a good job. There are no visible seams at all. I would recommend them to anyone.
