Jason was great! This is an investment property I just bought and I live out of state. The outdoor faucet broke when he tried to turn it off, and he stayed at the property until I could get someone there to let him in and until I could reach the sellers and find the inside water shut off. Even with all this, he didn't increase the price, which I thought was very reasonable to begin with. (And yes, I threw in extra because he handled this so well.)
