LIQUID FOAM INSULATION

"There was a minor equipment issue do to the cold weather the day of the application. However it did not affect the application of the insulation. {Member's name removed} was told it should take roughly 3/4 of the day. Our guys were on site for about 5 hours and not sure where he was told 2 hours to complete. At the completion of the job {Member's name removed} was happy and satisfied with the work paid the guys and wished them a good weekend. He called back 2 weeks later and wanted additional work completed that he did not pay for at the time of the estimate and application. In good faith to our customers we returned when we had the availability to meet our schedule and {Member's name removed}. However {Member's name removed} expected us to come the same day he called and when guys were already on another project we could not pull them off that job and send them directly to him, the crew had to complete the job they were on prior to going back to {Member's name removed} were he paid additional money to have additional work completed. When our guys arrived {Member's name removed} kept trying to get our guys to do even more work that was not on their work order and that he was not paying for. Our estimates state exactly what work will be performed for the dollar amount and the customer signs the form prior to our guys completing the work."
