+ 0 moreLiberty plumbing was very punctual and was able to squeeze me in during a short timeframe. Needed hot water sooner rather than later. Came in on a Monday and was able to install it the next day. Very courteous and honest about what needed to be done. Also was upfront on charges so I knew what to expect. Would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Installed new water heater and removed old one.

He put in the sink top switch but refused to plug it in and hook up the tubing to the switch because he said the outlet that the switch plugs into was not easily accessible from behind the cut out of the cabinet and he might drop it. He also put on the rim of the disposal on the sink and then looked at the disposal and said it won't work because the discharge tube on the disposal was too low to attach to the drain. So that was not fixed. He said I would have to re plumb from behind the dishwasher to lower the drain tube. I am not sure what he did with the dishwasher hook up because yesterday I had another plumber come and he said the dishwasher leaked, pulled it out and said it was not hooked up. At the end Jeri Sportts gave me his bill for $200.00 and I basically got a soap dispenser installed. This guy is terrible. Don't use him.
Description of Work: hook up a garbage disposal, put in a soap dispenser and an air activated sink top switch and hook up my dishwasher

+ 0 moreGreat! He was very professional and kind. He showed me what the problem was and took care of it in a timely manner. He was also very kind, respectful, and have us a fair price. I would absolutely call him again!
Description of Work: Our water heater went out in the middle of the night wouldn't stay lit. Jeri came over straight from the job he was at when I called him. He found the problem quickly and replaced the thermocouple.

Description of Work: Gave a free estimate including a detailed walk through explaining the plumbing in my very old house. He came after and cleaned out the pipes behind my shower. I was very pleased with his service and will absolutely be using him again!

Description of Work: I have found my go to company for plumbing services. The date of service provided is an estimate since I do not have my paperwork available right now. Reason for the call was a clogged kitchen sink. The folks at Liberty Plumbing didn an excellent job of working around my schedule needs. When he arrived, he quickly resolved the issue and provided some feedback and advice on how to avoid issues similar to this in the future. We have also considered updating our water heater (totally different reason than why we called for service), He checked out our water heater and advised that replacement was not necessary but provided some advice on items to watch out for and what may need to be replaced on the unit in the future. (I am summarizing that since my husband was home for the service call instead of me). We were completely impressed with the service provided.

Description of Work: For this particular job, replumbed my bathroom that we were remodeling. I have used Liberty Plumbing for several jobs over the last three years, some emergencies and some planned. He is always available in cases of emergencies. I totally trust him, his work and his pricing.
