Terrible While they offer a warranty they said if you loose a lens we can offer warranty I responded by saying well are you saying you did a perfect job of placing the lens They basically told me it was my child's fault for loosing the lens The lady said, "it's like loosing a diamond and asking for replacement" They are basically saying they did a perfect job of placing the lens but my child just lost the lens I am not certain if they did a good job of placing the lens especially considering it was gone in 3 months

Terrible Apparently if the lens is missing warranty doesn't hold That's assuming it was placed perfectly in the frame but I am not so sure especially considering I have never seen my child play with the frames The lady at the front desk says let me go check so see what we can do Comes back just replaces the town elastic strap in the back and hands them back to me I said, "what about the missing lens" She wasn't even planning on addressing that She says, "its like loosing a diamond and asking for replacement" How unprofessional can a place be!!! I went there for years, and for once when I needed to use the warranty I was told the above They are nice and courteous ONLY as far as you give them business and don't ask for warranty etc

The staff at Legacy does a terrific job, especially with our two girls (8 & 14). 
Our youngest was getting glasses for the first time and the staff
member was incredibly patient and let her try on many, many pairs of
glasses and made helpful suggestions for frames and lens types.  Legacy
uses very updated equipment and it was wonderful to have an exam without
getting our eyes dialated.  The doctors answered all of my questions
about the girls eyes.  The only quibble I had was they overcharged us
and had to do a refund which they did promptly upon finding out there
was a mistake.  My husband and I went in a few months ago and have our
frames tightened which they did free of charge.

They were great, the staf was cordial and attemptive, the doctor assistant was very kind and put me through all the equipments and tests before the doctor entered the room. The doctor was quite nice and thorough, talked about amenities while checked my eyes. He gave me a prescription for sunglasses, as I have recently made regular glasses, and did not charge anything for that.

The lady at the store was pacient and did not push me to buy anything, once I had my dog at the car and was concerned he was getting HOT in there. I did not find a sunglass frame for I have very specific taste - that is not what is IN right now, so it is really dificult to find something that pleases me. She made a pre quote with a frame that I chose just to get me an idea of what I should expect of the price, knowing I would not buy that for I did not find one I loved. So she invited me to come over from time to time, until I find something more like me, for they always receive new frames. Price looked very reasonable and I will be back to see if they get a frame to my very antiquated taste.

I am 68 years old and have worn glasses since I was a kid. This was my first visit to Legacy Eyecare as we are quite new Omaha residents. I believe I received from Dr. the most thorough eye exam I have ever had

My husband and I both went in for new glasses. The staff and doctor were excellent and used all the latest technology to get our prescriptions done. Be aware, the price for glasses is high at this office, but they are excellent at what they do and I feel it was worth the money.

This was my first visit to Legacy Eyecare and I felt comfortable from the phone call to make the appointment until after I received my glasses and they followed up to be sure they were okay. I did not feel rushed by anyone, and felt that I received everyone's full attention. I've already referred several people to them, and they've told me that had the same quality experience.

I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. Process was professional and well organized.

We have corporate vision care so I buy new glasses and frames every other year. This is the on year for me. They do a good job. I think they work primarily with people that have vision care insurance. They have lots of choices of styles. They do a very good job of examining and offering us options because unfortunately my wife and I are into tri-focals. We have the automatic sunglasses. They pretty much go down the list and ask what features we want to pay for and sell us our glasses accordingly.
