Matthew provided a bid of $655 of which we were satisfied and did pay. However, that was only a small part of what we made clear we wanted done. The rest of the job was to provide gutter replacement, for which he found a roofer. However, while in the midst of being available (as the general contractor) to oversee the job to its completion, all efforts to contact him have been futile. The roofer who is not an ANGI client has also "stated" he cannot connect with Matthew as well. So we're left depending on his roofer to (hopefully) complete the original job that Matthew "very aggressively" sought. Needless to say, we're very disappointed in Matthew suddenly being off the grid.
