They could not finish the job in a day and left material on that blew off in high winds and a storm that night. We awoke to leaks in the house and garage. They finished the job. After the 2-year limited warranty expired we have been plagued by a leak. We have had 3 other roofers look at it. The belief is that after the rain Lastime didn't replace what was wet and we have underlying damage. The only way to examine it further is to tear out a section of the roof. ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

They did not miter corners where siding met on dormers leaving raw cut edges exposed, they did not respond to my complaint about this. I had to take them to small claims court for shingles sliding off my roof , an independent professional roof inspector found them improperly nailed. The manufacturer of the shingles reported the same conclusion when I sent them a sample that had fallen on the ground.I won a judgement . I had to have the sheriff collect the judgement as they would not pay it.

Roof went fast and did a great job in a timely fashion. Everything went downhill from there in communication, honoring timelines and follow through. I understood that the smaller jobs would take time, but when I was promised they would be done- -it wasn't. I had to do all the communication- -especially when they did not show up as promised. No one called me until they wanted payment for the roof. The siding has been a nightmare. The storm was on May 11, 2016. I contacted them on July 27, 2016, wondering why I haven't heard anything and why no one showed up as promised. I was told the rep "had been trying to reach me, but lost my number." That would fly had I not left it on every voicemail I left at their office. Someone finally should up on August 11, 2016 to do something. I guess it had been so long my address was lost, too, as they started tearing off my neighbors siding, instead of mine! Fortunately, someone was home at their house and directed to mine. Once they got started, all that was done was nails were pulled out and my lower trim taken down with chunks of the bad siding out. A storm moved in that evening and I called the rep and asked why it was left that way. I was assured the siding would be done by Saturday August 14, 2016. I contacted the company today and terminated all remaining services. It has rained a few times since the siding was detached from the home and storms are expected tonight. I had to go and reattach the siding as best I could so more damage would not occur. I understood that the "small" repairs would take time. I let them set the timeline. They did not honor nor communicate when they could not show up. When the work was started, it was started on the wrong home. When they got to mine, it was left a mess. I will give them credit for getting the roof done at the price the insurance company agreed to pay. But everything else is an F. Lastime I use Lastime...

Roof materials dropped off i day next day workers came in, took them five hours to complete. Contractor lied about how he was going to save me some cost. He uses the word save on deductible. Deductible doesn't chsnge so I presume he meant out of pocket. (This job was per insurance claim) he never came back to check on the work again he lied.

Last time omitted pictures and reporting of holes in fascia and missing shingle on?roof inspection as part of the purchase of our home.? It was specifically requested of them to look at the condition of the flashing and fascia as we already knew the fascia had holes in it.? We also already knew there was a shingle missing.? They lied and said no one asked them to look at the fascia.? They omitted both defects from the report. Then they fixed the fascia and provided an invoice to the home seller (even though they didn't report on it or look at it?) but still didn't fix the missing shingle. I assume they had some sort of personal relationship with the home seller and that is why they lied about everything.

They were wonderful. My dad is 92 now. They did not take advantage him, actually quoted him a higher price than what they charged him. They did a wonderful work. They cleaned up and they were very good to him.

. Responded immediately with bid and where out to do work within week or two. Their cost much less than others
Very nice boss and crew.
We did have a problem with a leak after a storm with 70 mile winds and torrential rain. They were out the next day to fix it under the warranty. It has been fine after several more storms and rain

I was in the process of selling my house and the inspection came up with a few things on the roof. I signed up for this $99 Maintenance package. The phone numbers on Angie's list were not accurate to begin with. After a few hit and misses I finally got the right number. Provider was very apologetic and promised to take care of it.
However after that initial call, we had to call them at least 5 different times before they sent a technician out. After the work was completed, the buyers had their own inspection done and they found two missing shingles on the roof. This was just two weeks after provider did a thorough roof inspection and a few repairs that cost me an additional  $200+ !!!
Repeated efforts to have them come back to check did not work. I was in a time crunch to vacate the house after selling. I finally had to hire another contractor to replace the missing shingles. It took him just a few hours to go buy the shingles(I had to pay for a whole box --about $25, when we needed just two shingles from Menards), and fix up my roof!!
My biggest regret with this provider was, having to call them repeatedly. They are very courteous and profusely apologetic over the phone but don't turn up!!

Response from LASTIME ROOFING
"Initial inspection showed no missing shingles. There were a couple days of high wind and rain over the following two week period which could have easily been the cause of the missing shingles. The $99.00 fee is an Angie list fee, not a fee we collect. It only covers an inspection of the overall condition of the roof and "minor" repairs which in most cases does not include shingle replacement. We have not received payment from this customer for wood and flashing repairs we did do!!!"

I think that they were making sure that they took the time, make sure that we got the product exactly what we wanted and gave us different options for the roof.? Their workers were very clean and efficient.? They showed up on time and they cleaned up well after themselves.? It was a pleasant experience.

They were able to fix the siding AND get everything lined back up before it poured down rain and snowed again the following weekend.  The work is beautiful and both the technician and the inspectors were friendly, professional and were just wonderful.  The technician even came back on a Saturday to make sure everything was lined up correctly and made further adjustments.  He was patient and answered all our questions.  Will definitely be using Lastime Roofing in the future.

They were good. We have no issues with them. They came when they said they will be here. They got it done very quickly in the winter. They are easy to work with. They did good work for us and we are happy with it.

I got an estimate from a couple of roofing companies and decided to go with Lastime Roofing because they beat everyone else's price and could do all the work that needed done and do it right away. The garage roof took less than a day and they did a great job. The gutters were done fairly quickly and even though there was some miscommunication it was quickly taken care of. The siding took a little longer because I had to make more phone calls then I would have liked but when I did it was taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend this company for roofing and in fact have and my neighbor used them and was extremely pleased with their work.

Contacted other local contractors and found out they were backlogged several months or were too expensive. Lastime was prompt on estimating, and helped work through a problem with insurance company that insurance company created. The roofers came the day they said they would be on site and actually did a lot of work starting that first day late in the afternoon. Job was complete within 2 days and did a great job cleaning up. No shingle parts or nails laying in the yard. I would definitely use them again.

They were great and got the job done quickly. I had a trouble with some water coming out and no one could figure what the problem was but they figured out what the problem was and fixed it. They did the job well and I had no problems.

It Was "Exceptional" Overall! Simply The Best! They Started When They Said They Would Start. Finished When They Promised It Would Be Completed. Materials Were Excellent Quality. Workers Very Professional and Highly Skilled. Some Company's Are Fly By Nights Staffed By A Bunch Od Unskilled Foul Mouthed Bruts. Not Lastime. A Quality, Professional Company!

Highest quality work and professionalism throughout. They were quick, prompt,a d work was first rate. They have done much of my neighborhood. Yhe on;ly concern I would raise is clean-up after. They didf quickly go through with a magnet but missed many nails. I have had 6 flats since they were here. But this is minor compared to their work and attitude,.

They came out and took care of it.  They did a great job and solved a big problem.  I called them again and asked if they cleaned gutters.  Their charge was outrageous because I had the same house and the same number of gutters that I have had for years.

It went very well. There was a slight delay in getting started because they were very busy that summer. Once they got started, it went fast. My house had the original 75-year-old asbestos/slate tile roof. There had been storm damage to the tiles over the years, and I had increasing problems with leaks due to ice damming. I needed a durable roof that would look somewhat like the old slate roof, and this product fit the bill. To comply with environmental regulations, the guys had to remove the old roofing & haul it to a suitable facility. The new roof looks great, and I have not had any leaks. Also, the second floor seems a lot warmer in the winter than it used to ...
