Krus Landscaping

Had Kyle come out and look at my landscaping needs after getting his name from neighbors on the Nextdoor app that had used Kru's. I had diagram of front and back yard already with measurements and told him hopefully that was okay. He said he wished all people were as prepared. I also had a list of plants that I thought were overused, plants I liked, and plants I wouldn't mind trying. I explained what I was wanting a bid on and he said he would get back to me in 1 -2 weeks. When I didn't hear from him after that time, I sent him and email. After a few days of no response, again I sent him an email. I then called him after another day and he said -"Oh didn't you get the email I sent? I'll send it again in a bit." The next day, still no email so I called him again from a different phone and he answered again. Once again, he said he sent it - something must be going wrong. I said I'll text you my email address to your phone even though I had it written on the top of both the diagram and plant list. Still nothing. I then called again and this time he did not answer. I left a voice mail and told him that if he would have just been honest and respectful instead of lying to me that he sent the bid by email multiple times it would have been so much better. I told him that I know he doesn't care and that my "needs" were too piddly but that one day karma would bite him in the butt for treating customers in such a manner. Not everyone has grand pools, fire pits and patios. Landscaping isn't just hardscape. Apparently if you aren't going to buy him a boat/ or a second house with the stone work he wants to charge you - he has no time for you. Perhaps they should look into changing it to Kru's brick and patio since they are not interested in actual plant landscaping other then as frosting to go along with all the stonework. Glad I didn't do business with a company that lies and clearly has no conscience.
