It is too long of a story. Very disappointed and very happy we hired most of our own subs to do the electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling.

See above. We hired Kopecky Construction when Rob Kopecky's dad had set the standard of excellence for his company. Unfortunately, his dad died and we got the son, who doesn't care about quality. He is defintely not a custom home builder. Please understand that this was a 2400 square foot addition. We have a $500,000 home. This was no small potatoes.
