Work began in September 2007 and completed mid-December 2007. Completely remodeled kitchen; Removed walls separating kitchen from dining and living room. Installed new cabinets and island with granite counter tops. Installed new double-oven, ceramic cook top range and microwave. Installed new ceramic tile in kitchen and dining area and entrance to split entry along with new wood handrails at entry. Installed new carpet in living room and three bedrooms. Painted living room, entry way, kitchen and dining rooms. Installed new electrical break box and lighting in kitchen area. Approximately a year after the remodel, the grout on the floor started cracking and popping out. I tried contacting the contractor by phone and email and he did not respond.
