We are doing the rental option so it is about $370 for the install and it is going to be $68 a month. It went well. I would recommend going with them just because it is a little bit more accurate water treatment than the competition. Since it was the rental option, the price was pretty close to the competition.

We contacted Kinetico on very short notice. Brian was very prompt in replying and flexible in setting up a time to test the water, provide system information with quotes, and give us information for the future installation of an R/O system. He arrived before us at the property and was very knowledgeable. He understood our water needs and was able to answer all of the questions other companies could not.
Everything was above and beyond our expectations. It is a great system, probably the best on the market, and there was not any pressure at all. We were upfront about our budget and when I explained our closing situation, Brian was very willing to work within an extremely small timeframe for completion of the job (again, on very short notice). There were more unknowns than I can describe with this closing, and Kinetico's willingness to work with us was remarkable. Our installation was scheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
The installation was outstanding. I wish I could remember the installer's name, but life was a whirlwind of activity. He did a fantastic job and was very meticulous. All of the new pipes were anchored, and he even anchored some additional lines. He was very cautious in entering and exiting with materials and tools. He was very patient and answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how the system worked and what I should do if there were ever a problem. We honestly could not have been any more please with the work performed.
The water quality is much improved. We live in an area with what would be considered very hard water. The water is now very soft and the difference in our laundry, dishes, showers, and cleaning is more than noticeable. Most of the hard water deposits that occurred during the construction phase have been eliminated. Our laundry and dishes are cleaner and old deposits (years worth) are disappearing, cleaning is easier, and our skin does not feel dried out and flaky or itchy. In just the week we have had the soft water, we have no idea how, or why, we didn't have it installed before now. The water also tastes and smells very clean and this is the first time we have wanted to use ice in our drinks in the last 7 years. All of the flaky, weird floaty things are gone!
We are very happy with this system and will definitely have them install our R/O system. They are professional and incredibly responsive.

This is a quality company that has a product that will last decades. Highly recommend.

Salesman was thourough and honest about options and made reasonable estimates of delivery/installation dates. Demonstrated the difference in quality of the tap water with treated water and purified drinking water. Installation went as promised - with the only inconvenience being that the water was turned off during the installation process. By the end of the day I was fully enjoying the improved water including the purified drinking water system/

The experience was outstanding. Their salespeople were really good. There was no high pressure. I told them that I was not interested in one product he had so he moved off of that and never went back to it. He focused on the two products that I was interested in. The price was not high for what I got. It is the best system out them. They were excellent. They arrived on time and did what they had to do and left. I haven't had a problem since.

He came and did a little bit of plumbing for us. We had the whole house filter that comes into the house that was actually going the wrong way. It was going horizontal instead of vertical. So cleaning it was a problem since every time you pulled it out you had the brie running out into the floor. You sort of struggle with that. Somebody put it that way. He changed that for us. Now it was a lot easier to filter. He re-worked that and installed the whole new system in. Then he had to come back when we were ready to start running it because we did not have water coming into our house for quite some time so we could not get it running till then. They have a very good maintenance free product and its installation was quick and easy. He went over and above by changing the house filter, which he did not have to do. It is really an interesting unit. You don’t ever loose the soft water that you have in the house. One tank will run and when it runs out it immediately goes over to the other tank that rejuvenates the water in the first tank so you don’t ever have a lag time between the water systems. In other tanks you would know when it is going to rejuvenate. The water would get hard. You can tell it. You can feel it. It is very dry. You can tell it, it is hard when you take a shower. You can set it to rejuvenating like at 2oclock in the morning, as you are usually not using any water at that time. It still has some salt brine taste. But you will never loose your ability to use it for laundry or dishes or shower. It would constantly be there. It is small and takes up less space. It really works really well out here with well water, which has a lot of iron content. You ought to have something that would take that out.

Kinetico provided us with great service, as they did a great job installing the water softening system. I was satisfied with all of the work they have done and they came when they were scheduled to. They were responsive to my questions I had. They answered everything honestly and correctly.
