I was tremendously pleased with Ken's services regarding my refrigerator repair. They showed up to do the work, quickly diagnosed the problem within the unit, and had my refrigerator back up and running properly in probably a little under two hours. I was comfortable having the service technician in my home and I also felt that he utilized good time management skills in order to complete the repairs on my refrigerator. Since Ken's came to fix my refrigerator, I have not had a problem in the world with it.
