Roy had done work here before but not on this large of a project.  He was on time for the bid knew we would have to find a contractor before the work could start-okay with that.  When we found the contractor I call Roy told him who we had and how to contact the contractor.  I asked him to let me know when the 2 of them would start.  Within 4 hours Roy called had communicated with the contractor start date was in 2 weeks. Roy was on time, intros we made both one man companies worked as if they had worked together their entire lives.  Roy is very professional, and cares about his work.  Licensed both Nebraska and Iowa.  I was always letting us know he is not the fastest (ex 3 hours job could take all day) but the work is done correctly-"I could not live with myself if your house burned down."  Great words to hear from the one working on your electrical especially our older home.  Roy is not afraid to work on this older homes and enjoys doing the work with pride.  Most polite, respectfully contractor I have ever me.  ALWAYS cleans up after himself never a mess left behind and a very neat and organized work area.  Not tripping of his stuff as you try to move around your house.  You want an electrician at a good rate with top notch work Roy is your man!!!
