My furnace quit working and they came over the evening that I called. They were on time, friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. They did not try to sell me services I didn't need, or even a new furnace even though mine is 20 years old. They replaced a $25 fee and charged a very reasonable $65 service fee. Perry is a great furnace repair man!
