Everything went very well. Had some issues finding a door that would work for an odd-sized opening but they were very easy to work with. Installation went smooth and they came back twice to get me the right screw hole plugs, after the manufacturer forgot to include them then sent the wrong ones.

These guys know everything about old windows & were able to repair mine! The ropes holding the weights had disintegrated. They were able to make the repair, and it looked good afterwards. They also reglazed some of my basement windows and re-built one of the storm windows. I like JS&D a lot, and intend to call them again to fix more windows! (About 15 years ago, I had them install an awning window at my prior residence. They did a great job there, too.)

They were here on the appointed day and time. They were knowledgeable and professional. They did a great clean up and vacuumed around the windows. This company was not the cheapest but they do great work.
