rick johnson was to be here on Mon at 9, but did not come or call. Received a call on Thur at 630 pm and he said his girlfriend was threatening to destroy his house and he had heatstroke, but would come at 9 fri. He showed at 130 pm. He came when he felt like it, would make appt, but not show on time. His work was slip shod. He ruined floor in bath which now has to be done. He didn't lay floor to edge of room, but left large gaps. When he removed toilet to put floor down, he left holes around flooring, which will need to be fixed. The toilet now leaks and I have a bucket and a plumber needs to be called. He cut part of door frame off. He is a scam artist. Floor in den has same problems which he promised to fix, but left with a pay check in hand and has never returned a call. I am taking to court to get my money back.
