 + -1 moreContractor did not pay her subs, who then filed liens on my home. She tried to sue me for un-contracted services. I had to hire an attorney to resolve this due to her unethical and unscrupulous tactics. Use at your own (very high) risk. Better yet, do not use her at all. She will keep changing the name of her business/dab to avoid bad BBB reports. Her timeliness and punctuality are obfuscatory ploys to get you to sign a contract. Beware.

 + -1 moreThe painting of the walls was fine and they did a good job. For this reason I gave them a "fair" rating. In regards to the ceilings; as the painter was painting the "popcorn" started to fall off. In one place it came off in sheets of 2' X 3' and in anther place it is about a 1'X1' patch. They were just going to leave it but were asked to repair it. They sprayed more "popcorn on it and then left it never to return to paint over it. The "popcorn" is inconsistent and a completely different color from the rest of the ceiling. The whole purpose of having our ceilings painted was to have them look better. The ceiling in our living room looks terrible now!
Description of Work: Paint the living room, hallway, down the stairway and ceilings in these rooms plus the dining room.
