We see Janet and are exceedingly pleased with her work. I could not recommend her highly enough. We have also seen Jackie, who we will see if Janet is not available. She is also excellent.

My stylist is very professional in doing my hair color she always uses a formulation for me as after consulting to see if I have any problems from the last color session. She will adjust things based on the chemical structure of my hair, new medications I am taking etc. She is well versed in watching the chemical process and follows it closely. She if very thorough in making sure I look great before I leave her chair at the salon.

They did a good job allowing me time to decide on the curtains that I wanted and they weren't pushy. They were easy to talk to and showed up for the installation on time. They made me feel comfortable while they were here and they made sure I was totally satisfied before cleaning up and leaving. We were very satisfied with the ending results.

This was a relatively fast job and he did a great job of properly installing them. He was very polite and he arrived early. The job only took half an hour and they looked great when he was finished installing them.

JC Penney did a very professional job on my window treatments. They were prompt and courteous. I had no cleanup when they left and I was very happy with the work. Their workers were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. When they finished the workers explained to me how to properly care for my windows.

We were satisfied with their sales, service, and quality of work. Our blinds didn't give us any problems and they looked nice. The tech was nice and polite and he showed us how to work the strings. He cleaned up all of the trash when he was done and we were very pleased that we would recommend them to our family and friends.

The company sent a field manager to measure and evaluate the job. The worker came and worked until the job was finished. The work was excellent and there was only one flaw, but they made good on it. The flaw was that the color was off just a little.

After my purchase of the blinds I wanted, the company sent a field manager out to take measurements on all of the windows. About a week later they called and said they were coming to install them. I didn t have any problems with any of the work they did or the quality of the blinds.
