We are totally satisfied with professionalism of Dan Jonovich of Dr. Decks. We received a very detailed estimate for the repair of our deck stairs. Dan kept in the loop on all repairs. We were selling our home and needed the deck repaired for the inspection. Dan was booked up solid and had a family event on Friday. He took his only time off and made time to come out on Saturday. It worked out that we didn’t need the original work done but had some railings that needed tightened up. He told me exactly what to do and how. I said thank you and thought that was it. Nope, right after I made the repairs, Dan texted me JUST to check in and see how it all went! Smooth process and wonderful outcome! Dan was incredibly communicative from the first meeting to the final inspection. His timeline to start what spot on and he completed our deck very quickly. I received daily updates regarding progress (including photos) and what time to expect him the following day. Dan provided great recommendations custom fit to our goals and budget. The final product is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!
