When our home was built we within a year started to have roof issues. Twice the original roofer "fixed the problem." Our contractor was little or no help. When the third leak occurred, the new company honored the warranity and finally after several years, the condition worsened and we needed help. Finally the home builder stepped up to his responsiblity and worked with the new roofer to fix our home. James went well beyond what should have been expected and our family finally feels we have a safe roof.
Description of Work: This firm bought out another firm who had initially installed our roof on our new home. James not only the implied warranity but repaired and replaced inproperly installed flashing caulking and replaced about 25% of our roof. He then returned and personally the roof both inside and out to ensure he repaired all of the faults in our roof. He is honest, friendly and went way out of his way to fix the problem that was created by our builder not properly inspecting the work of the original roofer. Kudos to an honest man.
