They were prompt order the parts and returned did the replacement in a reasonable amount of time. They were honest and forth right about the work and the cost. That was helpful.

Technician, Jim, found the problem where two bolts were missing. Without these bolts, the water was spraying at a high pressure directly at the seam of the door. He checked several areas of the dishwasher and tested it as he worked. He called at 8:00 am to confirm that we had a morning appointment. He called again on his way over. We are very pleased and would contact Jackson again for appliance repairs.

Excellent service! The repairman came as scheduled and knew exactly what the problem was. He cleaned out the blocked coil and answered my questions on care of the refrigerator in the future.

My air conditioner quit cooling and I called a company that I have used for years on Monday and they didn't come out until Friday. That didn't sit very well and of course it was blistering hot. They did a quick fix that didn't last and told me my compressor was bad. I called Jackson Heating and Air Conditioning and Bill came out to give me a bid that same day. His bid was extremely fair so I decided to do a furnace too. He told me that he could get me a new air conditioner and furnace and have it installed the next day. So at 8:00 Sean and Mike called to let me know they were on their way. They worked the entire day to install my new units and by 4:00 I had air conditioning again. They cleaned up after themselves and when they left you wouldn't have known they were even there. The quick response, fair price, and the professionalism of the installers is greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend them.

I received 5 quotes for installation of a new air conditioner and Jackson's were by far the lowest!! There was a miscommunication from an office staff member as to when the service men (Mike and Sean) were to show up. Once clarified Mike called 30 minutes before arrival, were on time, both were professional, cleaned up and did a great job. Thank guys!!!
I would definitely use Jackson again but would take into consideration clarifying information because communication and customer service skills are lacking in the office.

It was very reasonable. I have not one complaint. The utility company came out and check. They were so neat and so clean. They did it for one day and they were extremely professional. They didn't leave any mess and even the utility man was neat on the actual work. They did an excellent job. They're a family-owned company so they're not that large. He recommended what's good on my situation and they did a marvellous job. There's nothing messy. They were responsive when they would come and talk to me. My air conditioner had gone out and they're really service oriented. They send over to put a free-on like a week before they could do the service. I actually recommended them to other people.

He let us know that Sears had used re-conditioned parts the last time they did a repair on the fridge. Jackson's was great though. They were right on time, explained everything, and when he needed to leave to get a part they didn't charge for that time. I really recommend them.

I called for an appointment on Monday morning and within an hour Jim arrived to repair my dishwasher. He did not replace any parts but cleaned up the gasket around the door opening. At this time it seems to have fixed the leak. He could have replaced the door latch but didn't because the door latched without it. I appreciate the fact that he save me about $200.00. He could have replaced the gasket and door handle but didn't. I would certainly use this company again.

I called Friday afternoon to see if I could another quote for replacing the furnace in my 97 year old house. They came out within 1/2 an hour,discussed a couple of options 95% vs 80% efficient for my size house, the ROI for the cost of a 95%. I decided to go with an 80% efficient - which is pretty much the equivelant of the 22yr old furnace I had. On Tuesday, they installed a chimney liner to meet code, installed the furnace and the recommended humidifier to the furnace because the added moisture would help it feel warmer. They showed me how the humidifier works, recommended a different filter size and cleaned up.
I don't keep my house much over 66 degrees in the winter, and with the humidifier I am already noticing that set at 63, I am as comfortable as I normally am at 66 degrees.

He was very nice. He looked at my fridge and had to order a part. He came back within a few days and installed the new part. The icemaker still didn't work a few days later and he came back right away when I called him and worked on it some more. It works great now. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a big mess.

They were great. They helped me with the insurance company. I had to go through five different adjusters and over two and a half months of fighting with my insurance company to get my insurance approved for a new AC and when I finally found them for about a month, they had helped me with anything I needed. They upgraded my unit and my house is nice and cool now. They did everything, they wiped away that one bill for sending the guys out to find out where the leak was coming from, even thought it was my roofers responsibility. Their price was the lowest of the three companies that I had checked out. They were awesome, I would recommend them to anybody and I would use them again.
