Concrete work was amateurishly done. The finish was rough, uneven and already crumbling at the edges. The finish was not smoothed out to create edges, like the other concrete panels. Jason offered to apply a vinyl patch to the crumbling area. After thinking about it and asking for a second opinion from another contractor, I asked that he tear out the work and do it again. He refused to do so. I had already paid $600 of the $800 that he quoted for the work. He did not refund money, feeling that he had done the work for which he was contracted. The drains were installed. I had to have a landscape company reset the drains so that they were not above ground level. The drains do make a difference during heavy rain events.
