INTERNATIONAL VACUUMS

My friend had a very unpleasant experience at International Vacuums in Omaha and so did a friend of hers. She went into the shop to have her older Hoover vacuum repaired, and the owner told her Hoover had gone out of business years ago, which is definitely not true. He made absolutely no effort to look at her vacuum but did tell her Hoovers weren't worth being repaired because they were junk, also not true. The sign on his business says "Parts and Service for Most Brands", including Hoover. His treatment of my friend was incredibly rude and totally uncalled for, not to mention a very strange way of staying in business because he refused to help her. Her friend experienced the same hostile behavior from the shop owner and also left the shop without any repairs being done to her vacuum.
