Darla had good design for the tile choices. After that her services went south. She brought in two men to do the demolition, install new drywall and tile. They didn't know what they were doing. She neglected to check on their work. Finally, I called her and asked her to check on their work, because it did not look good. This is after waiting two months for the job to get started. The tile work was all wrong and had to be torn down. She did help to remove the bad tile job and paid for all new tile. After waiting another month, a new guy came in to do the tiling. He did a good job, but there was a dispute about payment between Darla and the tiler. And even though we paid Darla everything we were contracted to pay her, the tiler did not get full payment from Darla and then put a lien on our home.
