Ended up having to put a hole in the wall to access the drain but that was not Integrity's fault as the person who put in the basement walls enclosed the drain access.  The plumber explained the issue, we gave the go ahead, and he did the work very nicely.

I called this company because of a problem we were having with our outdoor faucet. He came over, and looked at the problem. He suggested that the problem was two fold. One simple part on the outside, and then some work done inside the house. He told me at that time that he would not be able to take the job, because he was already very busy. He thought perhaps he could get to the outside faucets, but would have to let me know. That was fine with me, and we just lived with the problem for a while. One day I went outside, and there were new parts on both of the outside faucets. I was never charged . I thought that was very cool.

The experience was a good one, as far as any plumbing experience can go. The price ended up being what was discussed over the phone. He and a helper, who he introduced, did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. They were more professional and courteous than I expected.

My project was to move the washing machine hookups and drain to improve a rental unit.

Integrity installed a new drain connecting into the main stack which is located in the adjacent apartment as planned. This required making a hole through the wall separating the two units to connect the drain. In addition, they sealed up the hole where the new drain line was installed. This was not expected, not mentioned in the bid. Definitely a nice touch.

Of course, it was also necessary to tap into the hot/cold supply lines. When this was done, the plumber discovered the pipes had deteriorated and several additional pieces needed to be replaced. Although only 3 or 4 feet of pipe, it involved several joints, elbows, etc. This was quite a bit more work than was planned, but Integrity did not charge extra despite the complications.

Overall, I feel that Integrity went above and beyond expectations. I would use them again without hesitation.

On more than one occasion I have called Mark to come to my house because I had found dampness or water dripping, etc. The first time, he came because I had dampness in a closet. He diagnosed the problem as water leaking behind my shower walls. He then recommended a contractor to me because the solution was to replace the shower tiles, etc. He refused to let me pay him for his services because he hadn't actually "done" anything aside from diagnose. I was very impressed. He was honest, courteous, on time, and clearly a man of integrity. A few months later I hired him because I had water leaking in my basement and he found the source to be the pipe taking water to my fridge. He had this repaired promptly, and I think I paid about $60 for those services. Any time I have a plumbing issue I will call Mark with Integrity Plumbing.

Integrity has been in business for a really long time and are very knowledgeable. They are very quick to come and they have always done a real good job when they are here. He will do any job large or small. He is very fair on price.
