my CD player stopped working Sun. nite when the disc got to the end of the CD it flipped over to radio mode & an Error light appeared when the CD button was pressed When I called & made an appt. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT ANY FEE to look at the vehicle when I ARRIVED I was not informed about any fee either after @1 minute the guy came back telling me I should just buy a new system since the CD was not working once he figured out I wasn't going to do that he told me I had to pay a $35 fee for diagnostic SInce I was never informed about this fee I was shocked and unwilling to pay He said "No one Works for free these days' My point is 'No WORK was done they simply turned on the car pressed the CD button & confirmed what I already knew the CD system was not working I should not have been asked to pay a fee unless told about it first before anyone "looked at " my car
Description of Work: No service was performed My complaint is that I should have been informed @ a fee & I was not / neither when I called on the phone to set an appt nor when I arrived in person The fee was brought up only when it was apparent I was not going to buy a new audio system on the spot

The member contacted me to have a service done to her radio. After the service was done we requested payment which she paid. After she left I was contacted by the member about how she was unhappy with her paying the diagnostice fee which I let her know that we would refund. We here at Inphase Car Audio always put the customers happiness first in everything we do.
