I was actually thinking that this might be the burial of my Chevrolet Silverado. The motor died and absolutely would not run at all. I spoke with Alan at House of Mufflers and Brakes. Not knowing what to do, but needing to get the car off a busy street in Omaha, I had the car towed to House of Mufflers and Brakes.
Alan was courteous and professional. He was able to get the truck right in for evaluation. I was pleasantly surprised that the Silverado was not only fixable, the repair was performed quickly and at an excellent price. Instead of shopping for a new vehicle, I am happily driving my Silverado again. Great Job House of Mufflers and Brakes!!
PS: I have 3 teen drivers and 4 cars and I have relied on House of Mufflers and Brakes to keep the vehicles maintained and running smoothly. I appreciate having a car repair location that is trustworthy, fair and provides the maintenance that keeps the cars running well, and is available for rapid assistance in the rare instance of a significant breakdown.

Well let me tell you after leaving a competitors place being told it would be over $2000 I was so happy when I spoke to Alan and he stated I will replace the power steering pump,power steering hose and wheel alignment for almost half the amount. I approved it and Alan and his crew got to work replaced all parts and showed me what he replaced. The parts were in KC so he said it would be two days. To my surprise Alan and team finished In one day which really helped me. Trucks running great Alan and team great job will see you again.

While they were very friendly, I don't feel they were honest. They also told me I needed both lower ball joints replaced. I did not get it done with them. I had another mechanic inspect it and they said only one needed to be replaced. After calling around for prices, this business was also $100 more expensive to get the ball joints replaced and perform a front end alignment. I won't go back.
